Most Tupperware products are guaranteed to perform under normal domestic use for the lifetime of the product. The only products not covered by the lifetime guarantee are those few items which come under Quality Guarantee with the “Q” symbol. At Tupperware, we aim to always ensure the availability of all our products throughout the lifespan of a catalogue. Sometimes however, due to reasons beyond our control, some products may become temporarily unavailable. Stock out information and availability thereafter is available with our authorized consultants on a week-to-week basis.

• To ensure proper cleaning of all your Tupperware products, follow the instructions listed here.
• Storing food in Tupperware - Cool hot liquids that contain fat before you place them in Tupperware Brand containers. Soups, sauces, oils, or cooking grease can get hot enough to damage and stain the containers. When you use Tupperware Brand containers to store hot beverages, let the liquid cool before handling the container.
• Microwave usage - Unless stated, Tupperware products are not guaranteed for use in microwave ovens. Food, particularly those high with fat or sugar content, become very hot and could cause the product to warp or melt. Products like Crystal Wave and Rock ‘n’ Serve can be used for reheating in the microwave.
