4-5 Curry leaves

1 tsp Cumin seeds

1 tsp Mustard seeds

½ tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Red Chilli powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

1 tsp Mango powder (amchur)

¼ Tropical Cup Peanuts

1 Onion finely chopped

- Tear the leftover rotis and place in the Smart Chopper and chop. Keep aside.
- Using Inspire Series Sauce Pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and allow them to crackle on medium heat. Add peanuts and let them roast on medium flame.
- Add chopped onion and sauté till the onion becomes translucent.
- Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur and salt. Sauté and mix well on low flame.
- Add chopped roti to the above masala. Mix well. Sprinkle 2 tbsp water and sugar. Mix well. Cover the Inspire Series Sauce Pan and close the vent. Cook for 1 minute on low flame.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and serve with lemon.
