  • 4 Persons
  • 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)

  • 6 Leftover Rotis / Paranthas

  • 2-3 Coriander sprigs (finely chopped)

  •  4-5 Curry leaves

  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds

  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder

  • 1 tsp Coriander powder

  • 1 tsp Mango powder (amchur)

  • ¼ Tropical Cup Peanuts

  • 1 Onion finely chopped

  • 4 tsp Oil

  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Tear the leftover rotis and place in the  Smart Chopper  and chop. Keep aside.
  • Using Inspire Series Sauce Pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and allow them to crackle on medium heat. Add peanuts and let them roast on medium flame.
  • Add chopped onion and sauté till the onion becomes translucent.
  • Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur and salt. Sauté and mix well on low flame.
  • Add chopped roti to the above masala. Mix well. Sprinkle 2 tbsp water and sugar. Mix well. Cover the Inspire Series Sauce Pan and close the vent. Cook for 1 minute on low flame.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and serve with lemon.
