Vegetable Bread Fingers

Ingredients:
- 8 nos. Bread Slices
- 1 cup Carrot (finely chopped)
- 1 cup French Beans (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Capsicum (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1 piece Onion (finely chopped)
- 4-5 tbsp. Corn flour
- 2 tbsp. Maida (plain flour)
- 1 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 4-5 tbsp. Chili Sauce
- Salt to taste
- For frying Oil
- 8 tbsp. Pizza Cheese

 
Preparation:
- Put all the vegetables in Expressions Bowl.
- Add ginger-garlic paste from Kiddies Tumbler / Rainbow Tumbler.
- Add chili paste.
- Add salt from Spice Shaker to the mixed vegetable placed in Expressions Bowl.
- Add maida and corn flour as required to give a blinding to the vegetable mixture.
- Mix the vegetables well with the help of Legacy Ladle.
- Take out bread slices from the Bread Server and cut the edges.
- Spread the vegetable mixture on the bread slices.
- Pour oil from Mega Flow on a pan and heat it.
- Deep-fry each bread slice one at a time. Remove when half fried.
- Cut the bread slices into finger shaped strips and deep fry till golden brown.
- Drain the excess oil by placing on a tissue paper.
- Now arrange the pieces on a Legacy Plate.
- Garnish with pizza cheese grated with Handy Grater.
- Serve the vegetable bread fingers with green chutney & tomato sauce from Spice-it-up.
